Sasha is a multicultural Nutritional Anthropologist with a MS in Food and Nutrition. She has over 12 years of experience in various realms in the food and nutrition space, including as a professor in higher education, content writer, and consulting and advising for non-profit and for-profit organizations. In addition to being an educator, she is a published researcher, public speaker, and health and nutrition coach. Sasha is passionate about cultural humility as applied to nutrition, and about the applications of therapeutic content to maximize health outcomes.
